I recently moved up from Florida and I needed to have the oil changed on my Mini Cooper. I was referred to Killians and was so pleasantly surprised by how I was treated and how awesome the place was. Their customer service is superior. Service Manager Sean gave me the option of waiting to have my oil changed. He said I could wait longer. Who does that? I decided to have it changed for my peace of mind. I am going back in a week to have 4 new tires installed that I knew I needed. Their prices are more than fair and I am 101% happy with the way I was treated. Jackie who works in bookeeping even took time to come sit with me and we talked about my car and other things.
